The original series was composed by a child-lover (but single) Ravel for his two children, Mimi and Jean, of his friend, Mr. and Mrs. Godebski [1], and presented to their brothers and sisters. Composed between 1908 and 1910, it first performed at the first concert of the Independent Music Association (SMI) at The Gavaux Hall in Paris on April 20, 1910. It was originally composed with the assumption that Mimi and Jean would play, but it was still difficult for young brothers and sisters to perform, so Marguerite Ron's disciples Jeanne Leroud and Junuvieve Durony performed. Pavane (Pavane de la belle au bois dormant) 4/4 beats Ent (slowly) from "Sleeping Beauty" from Charles Perrae's fairy tale collection "Ma Mer Roy (Mother Goose)". Part 5 Fairy's Garden (Leardin f'erique) 3/4 Beats Ent et Grave (slowly and majestically) From Pero's "Sleeping Beauty" as well as "Pavanne of the Sleeping Beauty". The scene where the princess who went to sleep wakes up by the kiss of the prince.
