perfect octave
Pitch difference between two notes in an octave relationship.
Next is the same thing as a musical interval. If you give out two sounds with this interval you will hear it as if it were a single sound.
In the case of string instruments the pitch increases by one octave as the length of the string is halved. Conversely, if it is doubled, it will go down one octave.
In the case of wind instruments the pitch increases by one octave when the length of the pipe is halved. Conversely, if it is doubled, it will go down one octave.
There are 8 degrees and 8 degrees less than 8 degrees at 8 degrees.
By the way, the pitch difference of 2 octaves is not perfect 16 degrees, but it is 15 degrees perfect (let's count the number of sounds).
